extractr

extractr gives a single, consistent interface for pulling gridded environmental data — sea surface temperature, chlorophyll, and other ERDDAP/DataONE layers — and summarizing it over an area of interest. It provides the dataset-over-place extraction step behind several MBON indicator dashboards.
